In these Terms and Conditions:
"We", and "Us" means the company Danse Boutique and "You", "Shopper" means you the customer.
Products means goods sold by Danse Boutique on this web site.
Price means the price at which the Products are sold on this web site.
Order means an order for Products on this web site.
Colours
We keep doing our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Placing Your Order
You may place an Order by adding items to ‘My Cart’ on Danse Boutique Website and clicking the "Check Out" button. When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number via email. Once Payment is confirmed we will send you another notification that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation via email, To check the status of your order, you may log in to your account and see "Order History". If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Stock Levels
While all effort is given to maintaining correct stock levels on the website, we also sell the same stock from our shop floor resulting on occasion, in a product being sold off the shop floor before the website can be updated. In the event of this occurring when you place an online order, we will contact you to offer and alternative, a possible ETA for re-stocking if available or to arrange a refund.
Coupons
In some special occasions, Danse Boutique may give out "Special Coupons" that will entitle you to get discounts. Coupons can only be used as "discount" and cannot be converted into cash. Coupons must be used before its expiration date otherwise it will not be valid.
Delivery of the Item
Shipping Policy
Danse Boutique ships to locations within Australia only.
All orders are shipped within 4-10 days Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm once payment is confirmed.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
Delivery
Should the courier be unable to leave the parcel during delivery due to unavailability of the receiver, Danse Boutique will not be held liable in any way. Courier instead may leave an attempted delivery card and return the parcel to their depot. It is now the receiver's full responsibility to pick up the item from the depot.
Your Rights To Return A Product
Before making a purchase, please read carefully the description and details of the item that interests you. WE DO NOT REFUND for change of mind but surely will make all possible efforts to make it up to you by exchanging the product to equal value.
The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. All Products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories that shipped with it.
Returned item must be returned with the Proof of Purchase (Tax Invoice).
Request to exchange or report a faulty item must occur within 7 days of receipt of item.
If you find a defect arises after delivery please contact us under "Contact US" page.
Please understand that in the interest of hygiene, we DO NOT exchange underwear, lingerie, hoisery, hair products and jewellery.
Return postage will be at your expense. However, in such cases that a return postage happens due to incorrectly described items, a process of investigation and assessing of the item will be done and once verified, Danse Boutique will shoulder the return postage.
